Auberge cooking classes aim to give the novice and seasoned cook alike, hands on experience in developing techniques, confidence and new skills in the kitchen. Offering a relaxed and fun opportunity to host an intimate private cooking class in your home or venue. You choose your companions, no more than four to a class.
The classes are designed so participants are guided through the necessary steps and some professional techniques to cook and complete their dishes. You will be then left to relax and enjoy your creations, immediately after class as a lunch or dinner! Menu options available on request. Prices from $70 pp.
Example Menu - Class for four people - Spanish Tapas - $70 pp.
White anchovy tapas (boccarones) / smoked salmon tapas / tuna empanada / pork loin tostada.
The above covers a variety of methods for preparing tapas and cooking techniques, class time about 2 hours.
Classes available in Melbourne 7 days a week and can be packaged as a gift.
